Lead Process
- All the leads should be registered by channel partners in Casagrand Sellassure registered mail ID only: [email protected].
- If the prospective buyer lead is shared by the channel partner and not by any other source, the validity of 90 days will be given to the registered channel partner.
- If an existing enquiry of the prospective buyer is under another channel partner source or closely followed up with Casagrand Sellassure team, the credit will not be given to the channel partner.
- If the prospective buyer is converted into sales, while verifying the same, if the primary source is found with other source or other channel partner, the credit will not be given to the secondary source.
- Whenever the lead source is asked from Casagrand Sellassure team, it should be given to Casagrand Sellassure team by channel partner properly for verification purpose.
- The decision of Casagrand Sellassure will be final and any process deviations are found, the channel partner will be terminated without any prior intimation. Casagrand Sellassure has the right to discontinue the relationship with the partner without giving prior notice.
Promotional Activities
- Channel partner shall use promotional and marketing activities which have to be approved by Casagrand Sellassure team only.
- Channel Partners are not allowed to create any website/ microsite by bidding our brand keywords (Casagrand, Casagrand project names, Casagrand Resale, Casagrand sellassure team logo). Involving such activities will lead to termination.
- Rendered views of the properties or amenities belonging to or not belonging to Casagrand Resale projects cannot be used by channel partner unless approved by authorized persons in Casagrand Sellassure team and all approvals have to be accorded in writing or through an email. No oral approvals will be solicited or accepted.
- Channel partners should not involve/edit any contact details in Casagrand activities such as Google (Maps, AdWords, etc.) or other mediums. Involving in such activities may lead to immediate termination of channel partner and also a fine of up to 10 lakhs.
- Channel partner should display only proper and correct details of Casagrand Sellassure properties availability in online promotional activities in any medium. If any deviation is found, channel partners should change it within 24 hrs from the date of escalation without any reasons.
General Terms & Conditions
- Channel Partners shall not give any additional / extra/ wrong information to the resale buyer other than that provided by Casagrand Sellassure team regarding the availability of the projects.
- Channel Partner shall quote the price of the apartment/plot/Villa to the prospective buyer given by Casagrand Sellassure and shall not charge any additional amount or give any discount. If collected, Casagrand shall not be held responsible for any third party claim.
- Channel Partner shall not collect any booking amount or amount from the client by way of cash or cheque.
- Channel Partner shall follow the price and availability list given by Casagrand Sellassure team on weekly basis.
- The Channel Partner shall provide the prospective buyers with correct and complete information with respect to the unit which the client wishes to purchase and shall not mislead or misrepresent to the customers in such regard.
- The Channel Partner hereby agrees that they shall not in any manner directly or indirectly, a) solicit any client or prospective client of Sellassure to transact business with a competitor of Sellassure or to reduce or refrain from doing any business with Sellassure and its affiliates; and/or b) interfere with or damage (or attempt to interfere with or damage) any relationship between Sellassure or any of Sellassure’s related entities and its Clients.
- All costs and expenses incurred by the channel partner in relation to arranging, negotiating and completing the transaction with the prospective buyers shall be solely borne by the channel partners only. The Sellassure team will assist after registration.
- Channel Partners shall not disclose any of the information to third party other than the prospective buyer. The information disclosed shall be limited as per the instructions of the company.
- The channel partner shall strictly maintain the confidentiality pertaining to each deal or booking including any other information pertaining to the company or customers and shall not divulge the same to anybody or any competitor of the company.
- This engagement between Channel Partner and Sellassure is not intended to and shall not be construed to create an employer-employee relationship between Sellassure and Channel Partner or its employees. No employees/associates or any person representing the Channel Partner will perform any function or make any decision which will be against the applicable laws in India or against the policy of Sellassure.
Payment and Cancellation
- The channel partner will be entitled to a brokerage of 1% on the total sale value as per the company policy. The brokerage will be subject to the deduction of TDS as applicable.
- Payment will be made within 30 working dates from the date of invoice raised by the channel partner once the unit is registered in the new buyer's name.
- In case of cancellation of the booking by the purchaser for whatsoever reason, no commission/brokerage will be paid to the channel partners.
Jurisdiction
- The channel partner shall conduct business in a manner, which is not prejudicial to the interest of the company in any way and shall always be transparent in dealing with the company and the customers. The channel partner shall strictly comply with the aforesaid terms and conditions. In case of any complaint against the channel partner's conduct or breach or any violation of the terms and conditions shared herein or concealment of material facts in this form, the company shall have the right to terminate this registration immediately without prejudice as per company's right to take any further action as it may deem fit and proper.
- This form shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai alone. In case any dispute between the channel partner and the company remains unresolved, the same shall be referred to arbitration as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 which will be held at Chennai and the language should be English.
- The decision of the company shall be final and binding on the channel partner and in case the channel partner fails to adhere to any of the terms and conditions as stated herein above, the company shall have absolute rights to withhold the brokerage and to terminate the channel partner registration forthwith.
Declaration
I hereby declare that all the information provided by me above is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I am submitting this registration form to register with Casagrand Sellassure as a Channel Partner and I agree and shall abide by the terms and conditions specified on this page.
